Many of us have worked with and developed GIS software for over 15 years. We have spent much of that time working with Esri software and the Microsoft platform, because it has for many years been the optimum combination of tools for creating, analysing and deliverying spatial information.

Whilst its often common to break down a solution, we prefer to look at the whole and understand its external interactions. We work with clients to help them focus on the core vision for their software, and we then develop around this vision. Our solutions do not stray from the problems they are there to solve.
Agility
We strongly believe and agree with values set forth in the Agile Manifesto. We specialise in working in small teams and you should expect to collaborate closely with us so we can deliver quality software that meets your needs. Working in smaller teams allows us to work efficiently and effectively. All of the Geoplex team have experience working on real projects using Scrum. This is our chosen approach to project delivery, we have found that the results speak for themselves. We’re not religious about process, and because we regularly retrospect there is willingness to pull things when they don’t work.

In every project we value the fundamentals of geomatics and spatial science. Members of our team have extensive academic and practical knowledge in the principles of measurement, spatial analysis, coordinate transformations and map projections.
